Services Offered
Skilled Nursing Services includes a team of healthcare professionals who work with your child to provide nursing care and caregiver education. We understand that returning home from hospitalization can be a frightening and overwhelming experience. Our staff is here to support you during that time.
Private Duty Services allow for more comprehensive care
of children with chronic illnesses. This nursing care allows for
hourly care on a daily basis in your home. Care
needs are determined
based upon the child’s diagnosis and skilled care need. Our team
will assist you in maintaining your medically fragile child at home
and will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Attendant Care provides unlicensed staff to assist with activities of daily living, household chores and shopping. Our attendants can also provide direct care to give temporary relief to parents or caregivers.
Rehabilitation Services allow for continued medical treatment in a familiar environment.
- Physical Therapy assists with gross motor skills, functional mobility, ambulation skills, and muscle strengthening.
- Occupational Therapy assists with self-care tasks, gross and fine motor skills, sensory integration, cognitive and perceptual tasks, and social skills.
- Speech Therapy assists with feeding problems, communication problems, language-learning disorders, voice problems, and fluency problems.
