Program

Our HomeSight™ program is designed for patients who suffer from low vision
brought on by many conditions including Macular Degeneration, Macular
Scotoma, Glaucoma, and Diabetic Retinopathy.  Low vision can lead to
functional deficits which can affect the patient’s ability to read medication
labels, navigate around the home, maintain compliance with physician orders,
and take insulin or monitor sugar levels.

Our trained team of nurses and
therapists work with the patient to improve the accessibility
of their environment though the use of unique assistive equipment
and environmental modification. Not only does this program improve
the safety and quality of life for our low vision patients, it also preserves
their independence, which is priceless!
