At Home Healthcare Brings Hope to Families with Autistic Children
At Home Healthcare is committed to helping families with autistic children, giving them the tools they need to work together through compassion, love, and an invaluable level of experience.
Meet Linken: An At Home Healthcare Story
We would like you to meet Linken and his family and listen to their journey of love and acceptance. At Home Healthcare’s Heather Sienko, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), and Kristen Tepera , a highly trained Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), have been working with Linken, a young boy who was diagnosed with autism, helping his family develop an understanding of his needs in a way that has changed their lives immeasurably.
“We have loved every minute of working with the At Home Healthcare Team. The therapists that we started working with have become family to us and we will forever praise the work and therapy that [they] all give,” said Brandi, Linken’s mother.

Linken's Journey with At Home Healthcare
When Tepera began working with Linken, he was unable to express any kind of communication. Together, they are now working on helping him express himself through sign and are integrating sensory therapy into his routine. Sienko, who has been working with Linken for 3 months, has been helping him focus on performing tasks and learning, using puzzles, stacking blocks, and other effective methods. Their dedicated work has helped both Linken and his parents bond on this journey together.
Our dedicated pediatric therapists treat each patient as a member of their own family and will do the same for you and your loved one. The therapies we provide can be beneficial for children with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), cerebral palsy, and many other conditions.
If you think that your child might have any of these conditions, it is important to have them diagnosed, so you can begin the path toward understanding and helping them navigate through life with the help of our caring staff members.
